Together, these transactions underline WOOD & Company's ability to execute capital markets transactions across CEE and Central Asia. "The first half of 2026 was by far the most successful period in WOOD & Company's history in Equity Capital Markets. We participated in six major IPO and ABB transactions, playing a key role in each of them and helping our clients execute some of the most important capital markets transactions of the year. Issuers particularly value the breadth of our international distribution, the depth of our reach across different investor groups, the quality of our services, and the reputation of our research team," says Vladimír Jaroš, CEO of WOOD & Company. According to him, the ability to connect domestic and international capital also plays an important role. It is precisely the combination of regional expertise, long-standing investor relationships and international distribution reach that enables WOOD & Company to participate in transactions across CEE and Central Asia. The six transactions completed in the first half of 2026 covered four geographies and six sectors, underlining the breadth of the firm's ECM platform. "In capital markets transactions, it is important to work with both domestic and international investor bases. Our goal is to help issuers reach the widest possible spectrum of relevant investors, while also bringing international capital to high-quality companies from our region. This also applies to companies that have moved from the START market to the main market, such as Gevorkyan or Primoco," adds Vladimír Jaroš. WOOD & Company aims to build on its record first half-year performance throughout the rest of the year.
