The investment strategy is based on cooperation with established developers through joint ventures, where partners make equity investments in individual projects. This structure ensures that their interests are naturally aligned with those of the fund and its investors. The fund typically invests in projects with valid building permits, zoning decisions, or project approvals, thereby seeking to avoid one of the main risks associated with project preparation. Projects are usually pre-leased before construction begins and subsequently sold with the goal of maximizing returns for investors.
