Acquisition of a large residential project in Žižkov

In cooperation with the CRESCO REAL ESTATE development group, we have completed the acquisition of a large-scale residential project in the development area of the Žižkov Freight Station, one of Prague's largest brownfield sites. More than 1,100 apartments will be built here in two phases. Investment in the construction of the first phase, comprising 520 apartments, will reach almost CZK 5 billion, with construction scheduled to begin in the first quarter of this year.
