Prague, 2 July 2026 - WOOD & Company recorded its most successful first half-year in Equity Capital Markets to date, with its ECM team participating in six major IPO and ABB transactions in the first six months of 2026, with a total volume of approximately EUR 1.15 billion.
The most significant transactions in the first half of the year included the IPO of Uzbekistan's state investment fund UzNIF, the IPO of Polish developer ROBYG, the IPO of Rex Concepts CEE, the accelerated bookbuild offering of Polish technology company Vercom, the accelerated bookbuild offering of Air Astana, and the ABB of Slovak company GEVORKYAN.

WOOD & Company aims to build on its record first half-year performance throughout the rest of the year. According to the firm, its transaction pipeline for the second half of 2026 and 2027 remains very strong, both in international markets and in the Czech Republic.
