Real estate funds WOOD & Company

WOOD & Company has been offering investors the opportunity to invest in commercial real estate since 2016, when it launched the Retail Sub-Fund, followed by the Office Sub-Fund Office sub-fund a year later. In 2021, we introduced the AUP Bratislava Sub-Fund, and two years later the Realitní OPF and Logistics Sub-Fund. September 2024, we opened a new Residential Sub-Fund to qualified investors.

The Real Estate OPF allows investors to gain exposure to the commercial real estate market with a minimum investment of just CZK 100, while the Logistics and Residential sub-funds enable qualified investors to participate in highly profitable logistics park developments and residential development projects.

Our long-term strategy is built on thorough acquisition analysis, strong tenant relationships, and professional asset management. The result of this approach is stable and consistent returns delivered by our funds.

Funds for qualified investors

According to the law, a qualified investor should invest at least the equivalent of EUR 125,000 and confirm that they are aware of the risks associated with investing in this fund, or at least CZK 1 million. In such cases, however, the fund administrator needs to confirm that the investment corresponds with the investor's financial background, investment objectives, expertise and experience.
